Bikini?

Ok i have the body for a bikini, and have no problem wearing them. But im 13 and still growing. I am almost 5' 9'' and have stretch marks from growing so tall, So now i am so self concious about wearing a bikini. though i always wear them. Should i still wear one. Please dont say stuff like whatever your comfortable in, im obviously dont have them because im like fat or obese. What would you think. And do you have any tips on getting rid of them.
