Speedo and Nike make decent suits however they range from 30-60 dollars. When shopping for a suit go with the companies that actually use bathing suit sizes opposed to pant sizes. (Suit sizes range from like 26-46) If you see a suit size like 4 or 6 those that make it probably do not know too much about what they are doing.
