At what age should pre-pubescent girls start wearing proper swimsuits which cover their *******?

Swimsuits
Kate48 asked:

I met a friend at the beach and was surprised to learn that her daughter still swam ******* at the age of 12. She feels there is nothing wrong, as the child is still pre-pubescent. However, I feel that in a public tourist attraction like the beach, a girl above the age of 10 should not go *******. Since my daughter was 10, I refused to let her walk about without a shirt or reveal her ******* anywhere except at home or in the close neighbourhood. What is your opinion?

  1. They should wear them as soon as they can fin one they fit into! Sheeshes! That is really not appropriate after they are 2 or so.

You are right to make your daughter cover up, and your frien’s daughter’s ‘northern exposure’ is both disturbing and illegal in most places. 12-year-olds really do nee dto be more modest, and I think that her mom is setting her a very bad example by allowing this.

  2. Her mother or father may not feel like it’s anything to worry about, but there are too many ******** out there. I would absolutely be covering her up. It’s bad enough the ******** out there that stare when the girls are covered! I would bring this up to them. Maybe they hadn’t thought of it…

  3. I have to agree with you. My sister is 13 and I’d **** to see her parading around on a beach without a top on.

  4. I TRULY DO AGREE…
that’s not kinda appropirate for a 12 yrs. old girl walking around even not in the beach, topless, eventhough she still don’t have develope ******..

  5. I agree. It depends on the size of the girl, but I’d say no older than 7, 8 tops.

  6. No age… not necessary… why do people go crazy about *******?

  7. I don’t care how old my daughter is she won’t ever swim ******* or go outside of the house without a shirt on, there are alot of ******** out there and I don’t want my baby molested by one of them
