I suppose I do more underwear than bikinis, but if you could find something that resembles a balcony-style bra that tends to enhance my ***** a lot without resorting to obviously fake padding.

Underwire tops are good because they give you some lift. Ruffles add dimension. And, of course, push-up padding.
